Competitions and Performance Opportunities

This year, the RFA is offering multiple competitions and performance opportunities at the Flute Fair! Registration is OPEN!

​Flute Performance Competition - 3 categories

• ​High School (Grades 9-12 as of the 2018 school year)
• College/Emerging Artist (currently enrolled in any music degree/certificate program OR has completed such program within the last 5 years)
• Adult (Over the age of 18 as of November 1, 2018 and does not fall into the other 2 categories)

Piccolo Competition - 2 categories; Frank & Mary Louise George Memorial Piccolo Competition

• High School (Grades 9-12 as of the 2018 school year)
• ​College (currently enrolled in an accredited institution)

Masterclass with Ali Ryerson​

• Must be Grade 9 or older
• ​3-5 performers will be chosen
